A Notion to Quilt is my favorite place to buy fabric. The owners, Becky, Lenny, Nancy and the staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of cloth is truely amazing. Especially before doing a landscape quilt, I always have to make a trip to Shelburne Falls. AND if you are interested in long arm sewing machines - Lenny is great to talk to. He's so good, he sold me one!

I am so happy to be a long distance member of the Champlain Islands Artists' Organization which is a group of artists who live and do their art on the islands where I grew up in Northern Vermont. I don't live there, but I'll always be from there.
